Who is Juancho?
My name is Juancho Castañeda , and since I was a child, I grew up with an insatiable curiosity: I wanted to understand how life worked from its origins. It wasn't enough for me to watch a plant grow or feed an animal; I needed to know what nourished them, what protected them, and how I could improve their natural processes .
This obsession with the root of things led me to become a Biotechnology Engineer , specializing in one of the most fascinating, complex and powerful fields in existence: yeast-based functional biotechnology , applied to human, plant and animal nutrition.
While many were talking about future solutions, I decided to create my own. I founded Ininbio Global , a company where I combine science, strategy, and purpose to transform ingredients into wellness, processes into profitable solutions, and knowledge into impact.
For years, I've developed custom bioprocesses , formulated products with β-glucans, probiotics, MOS, and biostimulants , scaled technologies from the laboratory to the industry, and trained companies and teams that are market leaders today. But beyond the titles, processes, and certifications, what truly drives me is this:
